新员工会议New Staff Meeting

　　At 3 o 'clock 26th April, all staff of Shenyang Pacific International,Academy came to the meeting room on time to attend the new staff meeting hosted,by the Director Mr. Dwayne and deputy director Mr. Van.

　　会上，校长Dwayne先生向全体员工讲述了SPIA的愿景，提出了我们要以“教育孩子”为宗旨，发挥团队协作精神，创建富有正能量的集体，共同为学校的发展做出贡献。

 

　　During the meeting time Mr. Dwayne related the vision of SPIA, put forward that we should,focus on placing "child education" as our main focus, exert the team,cooperation spirit, create positive energy in the collective, and contribute to the development of our school.

　　他组织与会人员进行了一个生动的小游戏《破冰游戏》，让大家身体力行，切实体会到“团结协作”的重要性。

　　He organized participants to perform the "Ice-Breaker Game", This allowed everybody to realize and understand the importance of "solidarity".

　　校长Dwayne先生介绍了学校近期的新变化，环境和硬件设施都焕然一新、规章制度更加条理清晰明确，为学校迎接WASC检查做好准备。他还针对教师职业形象、班级管理、学生行为习惯的培养提出要求和建议。

　　Mr.Dwayne introduced the changes around the school. He focused on the environment and hardware facilities that look brand-new as well as how rules and regulations need to be more organized. Additionally he spoke about we are to get ready for the WASC check.

　　此外，副校长Gregory先生特别为大家讲解了WASC是西方学历认证的权威机构，我们要做好准备，创办国际一流的国际学校。

　　In addition, Deputy Director Mr. Gregory vanGoidtsnoven (Mr. Van) especially explained the WASC for everyone in that WASC is the Western Association of School and Colleges and it is a world-renowned accrediting certification authority. He explained the importance of how we need to prepare for implementing protocols for a first-class international school.
