　　★ Completed Student Application Form.

　　完整填写《入学申请表》。

　　★Copy of Student’s ID or Passport.

　　学生身份证或护照复印件。

　　★ Hand in Official School Reports or Assessment Reports from last two school years.

　　提交近两个学年在校成绩单或评估报告。

　　★ 2 Passport photos.

　　护照照片2张。

　　★ 500RMB non-refundable Registration Fee for Entrance Exam.(Upper school Only)

　　中学入学考试报名费500元(如弃考将不予退还)。
